The Best Party Games...!

The Best Parties in Bali need to have the Best Party Games. Anik spends a lot of time thinking up new games to fully engage most children who come to her parties. Party games are absolutely essential to a child's enjoyment of a party and, during a party, Anik will adapt the choice of games and how long they run, based on her experience of ten years of running children's parties.

Bali Kids Parties are also available for adults where party games often take centre stage. It's absolutely hilarious to be part of a group of tipsy adults trying to do the Sack Race and Egg-and-Spoon - because it really is not as easy as you might imagine!

Hobby Horse Time Trial Races - Combined with the Hobby Horse Making Activity, this is always excellent fun, and races are against the clock to prevent collisions!

Water Balloon Fight - Loved as much by girls as boys, the Water Balloon Fight is extremely popular and wet children are not a problem in the tropical climate where they soon dry out! (Can be conducted in swimwear but this is not strictly necessary)

Pass The Parcel - An Old Favourite. Every layer contains a prize and for those who don't get to unwrap a layer, extra prizes are always provided at the end.

Dipping for Sweets - Face down in a mound of flour to hunt the boiled sweets with your teeth!

Treasure Hunt - Great to exhaust the kids towards Cake Time, everyone absolutely LOVE the Treasure Hunt. Custom made on the day of the party, clues are designed to make the most of the space afforded by the venue

Parachute Games - The Montessori Favourite and excellent fun for younger kids

Krupuk Eating Race - Lomba Makan Krupuk is an Indonesian Favourite where rice crackers are suspended in front of each child (to match their height) and the winner is the first one to finish the biscuit without using their hands.

Sack Race - Get in a sack, race there and back!

Tug of War - Children still absolutely love this test of strength and teamwork

Musical Cushions / Mats / Chairs - the old ones really are still the greatest!

Egg and Spoon Race - Another classic you might remember from school sports' days. Especially good for younger children, and adults who have been drinking alcohol!

Bowling - Usually this is bowling paper 'snowballs' at a pile of cardboard 'snowmen' but this can be varied by request.*

Pin The Tail On The Donkey - Donkey / Olaf / Lion - many variations of this classic game

Simon Says - This is a great game for younger children, and especially good for Weddings when the kids need to calm down, so the other guests can hear the couple saying their vows!

Hula Hoop - Usually a favourite for Hawaiian parties, Hula Hooping has been popular for five decades!

Limbo Dancing - I don't know why children enjoy this game so much, but they do!

Plank Walking - Not currently on offer as the plank straps have all been torn, this has been very popular and may be resurrected by special request.*

Superhero Crazy String Target Shooting - The kids are given a can of crazy string and pointed towards a canvas banner printed with super-villains. A great hit for Super Hero Parties.

Adults are welcome to join in the games as well and it's always great fun to see parents flopping around in the Sack Race or covered in flour while Dipping for Sweets! Of course adults always seem to get involved in the Tug of War, usually on the side of their children, but not always!
